According to the Chicago Tribune a man was stopped by a snow plow truck on I-90 at 2:53 AM on Saturday. The Chicago man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, traveling in the wrong direction and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.  The press release was provided by Illinois State police officials.
